Industries — Who HL Growth Serves

Who HL Growth serves: Shopify stores, business websites, and other genuine prospects

If you already have a business, already get visitors, calls, or orders, and something in between is leaking — this page is for you. If you do not have that yet, this page will say so plainly, and tell you what to do instead of selling you a build you cannot use.

The audit starts with a short qualifier — your website address, your platform, and your main problem — before any WhatsApp conversation.

Illustration of three kinds of businesses HL Growth serves: an online store, a service business website, and a business with enquiries to organise.
Three segments, one test: real business, real demand, and a leak that can be diagnosed.

Who counts as a served prospect

“HL Growth serves established businesses with real demand and a diagnosable leak: a Shopify store or business website that already gets visitors, calls, or orders, but loses them somewhere between being found and being paid — and an owner willing to own the system that catches them.” — HL Growth

Who does not count: a business that does not exist yet, demand that does not exist yet, anyone who wants a guaranteed result, and anyone who wants automation to create customers out of nothing. There is no leak to diagnose in those cases, so there is nothing honest to sell — and HL Growth says so in the diagnosis rather than selling a rebuild or a system anyway.

Every engagement is diagnosed first against the same six stages — Visibility, Capture, Conversion, Follow-Up, Management Visibility, and Growth — so the fix follows the leak, not the other way round. What HL Growth builds to fix those leaks is on the Solutions page: a complete website, and CRM plus automations as real business tools.

Genuine prospect or tyre-kicker? Read the signals

A genuine prospect can point to a leak. A tyre-kicker wants the outcome without the diagnosis, the access, or the process change. Look for at least two genuine signals before any work is scoped:

Genuine prospect signalsTyre-kicker signals
Brings numbers, not vibes: sessions, where visitors drop off, or a concrete example of a lost enquiry. No store, no site, no traffic, and no demand yet — nothing to diagnose.
Has already spent and already tried something, and can say what did not move.Judges only on the cheapest price, with no interest in diagnosis or what is included.
Asks ownership and process questions before price: who owns the accounts, who fixes it after launch, what is included and what is extra.Demands a guaranteed sales lift, ranking, or score as a condition of working together.
Has a business to feed: existing customers, a service area, or steady enquiries the system should be catching.Wants automation as a magic box that creates demand, with no leads to automate.
Accepts a process change: enquiries routed into one pipeline, a booking link used, a first reply allowed to go out.Refuses to centralise enquiries or to change how they are handled, so no system can give them visibility.

Shopify stores

Who they are

An existing online store already selling, or trying to sell, through a checkout — typically a small to mid-sized brand with a live catalogue, running paid social or organic search, and checking its own analytics. The owner is usually the one asking for help, and can quote sessions, add-to-carts, or “no sales” in their own words. This is not a “want to start a store someday” prospect: it is a store that already has traffic and a leak.

The leak they face

“I'm getting traffic but no sales — and I'm paying for every visitor who leaves.” That sentence hides two different diagnoses, and fixing the wrong one costs money and fixes nothing: wrong traffic — browsers brought by ads that were never buyers — versus a leaking store — the right visitors stopped by checkout friction, surprise costs revealed late, product pages that do not answer doubts, a mobile experience never properly tested, or no follow-up at all after a shopper adds to cart and leaves. Buying more ads for a leaking store just leaks faster; redesigning a store whose ads bring browsers fixes nothing.

What HL Growth does for them

Diagnose which leak it is first — traffic or store — then fix the leak in order: checkout and product-page clarity, trust signals where doubt strikes, mobile experience tested properly, and a follow-up sequence so an abandoned cart hears more than silence. Work is done on a copy first, with a preview before anything goes live, and accounts and ownership end up in the client's name.

Traffic but no sales splits two ways: the wrong visitors, or the right visitors stopped by the store itself. Diagnosis tells them apart.

Business websites

Who they are

An established, real-world business — trades and home services, clinics, salons and gyms, professional services, local retail — that already has customers and a reputation, and usually an existing website, but whose website does not produce enquiries. Some are findable only as a Maps pin, with no real site behind the listing. They do not sell through a checkout: their conversion is a call, a quote request, a booking, or a message — and their leak is invisible, because they never see the visitors who left.

The leak they face

“People find us — or they don't — but the phone isn't ringing, and the form sits empty.” Three causes recur: a site built to look professional rather than to convert, with no clear path to action; invisibility for the searches that matter — ranking, if at all, for the business name instead of the problem-plus-place terms customers actually type; and a Maps pin mistaken for a website, which cannot hold a full service list, a portfolio, or a quote-and-booking flow, so the handoff from “found you” to “trust you enough to reach out” dies there.

What HL Growth does for them

Build or rebuild the site as a salesperson: what it does, for whom, and what to do next, in the first seconds on a phone; service and location content customers can actually find; trust signals beside the call to action; and an enquiry path that does not ask for a life story. If the site is broken or its access is lost, rescue comes first — recovery before rebuild.

Other genuine prospects

Who they are

This is not a fourth service line — it is the qualification lens applied to everyone else. Appointment-led service businesses, social and WhatsApp-only sellers, businesses with a site but no system behind it, and growing businesses outgrowing a freelancer or do-it-yourself setup all qualify on the same test: already trading, already getting some enquiries, calls, or orders from somewhere — even chaotically — and the owner or small team is the bottleneck, on a job or off the phone when the lead arrives.

The leak they face

“We're busy, the work is good — but enquiries slip through, and I only find out when it's too late.” The felt version is missed-call and follow-up loss: a call goes to voicemail while the owner is on a job and the caller books the competitor who picked up; quotes are sent and never chased; enquiries sit in inboxes, notebooks, or one person's memory with no pipeline, no sequence, and no view of where leads stall. A WhatsApp-only seller faces the same leak in another form: every enquiry depends on the owner being online at that moment, and nothing sells while they sleep.

What HL Growth does for them

Systematise the demand that already exists: one pipeline where every form, message, ad, and missed call lands; a first reply and a follow-up sequence the owner can read, with a reply stopping the sequence; and a view of where every lead stands, so the next fix is decided by evidence. The website and the follow-up system are built as one machine, not two silos — and the website answers repeat questions once, instead of the owner answering them all day in chat.

Who we do NOT serve

Saying no clearly is part of the service. If any of these is you, HL Growth is not the right agency — and saying so now saves you a build that cannot work:

Tyre-kickers

No store or site yet, no traffic yet, or a cheapest-theme-swap brief with no interest in diagnosis and no analytics to share. There is nothing to diagnose, and a rebuild of nothing is still nothing.

No existing demand to systematise

Pre-launch, no customers, no enquiries, no orders — or a product nobody wants at any price. A redesign cannot fix no demand, and a system cannot catch leads that do not exist. That needs a demand-first step, not a website or a pipeline.

Anyone wanting guarantees

A guaranteed sales lift, ranking, or score as a condition of working together. No honest agency can promise those, so HL Growth refuses the guarantee rather than selling it — and disqualifies the engagement if the guarantee stays a condition.

Anyone wanting AI magic

Automation that creates customers, replaces the sales conversation, or runs the business by itself. Automation multiplies whatever it is pointed at: pointed at a leak, it makes a bigger leak with better reporting. HL Growth builds named workflows for demand that exists — it does not sell a magic box.

The same honesty runs the other way, toward HL Growth: domain, hosting, and accounts in the client's name; scope in writing, including what is extra; and support written into the agreement. If a seller will not put those in writing, that is your answer about them too.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my Shopify store getting traffic but no sales?

Because either the traffic or the store is the problem, and they need different fixes. The diagnosis splits the funnel — who arrives, who views a product, who adds to cart, who checks out — before anything is redesigned or any more ad spend is bought.

How do I know if the problem is my traffic or my store?

By where visitors drop off, not by how the store looks. If visitors never view a product, the traffic is wrong; if viewers never add to cart, the pages are failing; if carts never check out, checkout and trust are failing — each leak points to a different fix.

Why are people adding to cart but not checking out?

Usually friction or doubt at the last step: costs revealed late, too many steps, or no clear shipping and returns policy at the moment of doubt. Fixing the checkout step itself, rather than redesigning the whole store, is often the first move.

Why is my website getting traffic but no enquiries?

Because the site was built to look professional, not to convert: no clear path to action, a headline announcing the company instead of what it does for the visitor, and trust signals buried away from the call to action. A site without a conversion path collects visits, not enquiries.

Why can't customers find my business on Google?

Because the site ranks, if at all, for its own business name instead of the problem-plus-place terms customers actually type. A homepage with no service or location content on the page cannot rank for the service search.

Do I need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile?

Yes — a profile can start the conversation but cannot carry it. It cannot hold a full service list, a portfolio, or a quote and booking flow, so the handoff from being found to being trusted enough to contact dies where the profile's website link points nowhere.

How do I stop losing leads when I miss a call?

By catching the caller in the system the moment the call goes unanswered, with an automatic reply and a pipeline entry, instead of a voicemail nobody checks. A missed call is only a lost job when nothing answers it and nobody follows it up.

I sell through WhatsApp / Instagram — do I need a real website?

Yes, alongside them, not instead of them. Chats bury orders, hold no searchable catalogue or order record, and cannot be found by strangers — a website answers repeat questions once and gives strangers a checkout or booking path that chat alone cannot.

Do I need a CRM, or just a better website?

It depends on where your leak is: a website fixes being found and converting visits, while a CRM fixes what happens after the enquiry arrives. If enquiries already arrive and then go cold, the website alone will not save them — the follow-up system is the missing stage.

Who owns my customer list and my accounts if I stop working with you?

You do — domain, hosting, accounts, and customer data in your name, with a written record of where everything lives. A system that lives inside an agency's platform is a subscription you cannot leave, so ownership in your name is set up from the start.

Find out which one you are — before you buy anything.

The free audit diagnoses first: which segment you fit, where your leak is, and whether HL Growth is the right agency for it. If you are not a fit, the diagnosis says so — that answer is free too.

The qualifier comes first — three things:

  1. Your website address.
  2. Your platform — Shopify, a business website, or selling through chat only.
  3. Your main problem — in your own words: traffic but no sales, no enquiries, invisible on search, or leads going cold.

What happens after you hit send:

  1. We review your site against the six stages: where visitors arrive, where they hesitate, and where they leave.
  2. You receive a written diagnosis: the leak, in order, and what fixing it would involve.
  3. There is no obligation to proceed, and the diagnosis is yours to keep.

WhatsApp conversations open only after the qualifier is submitted — then continue on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/971541970661.
