Website Conversion Fix — HL Growth

Traffic but no sales? Your website has a leak, not a traffic problem.

Visitors arrive, look around, and leave without enquiring. That is not a sign you need more visitors. It is a sign the visitors you already have are slipping away somewhere between arrival and enquiry — and buying more traffic before you plug that gap only pays more to lose the same sale.

This page is the diagnostic. Work through the six-stage lens below, score each stage honestly, and note which stage leaks most. That one answer is your qualifier — send it with your audit request, and the first reply is about your site, not a sales script.

The audit is the product on this page. Before you message, complete the self-score in section 3 and tell us which stage leaks most.

Illustrative diagram only: visitors move through six stages, and a leak at any one stage means fewer enquiries at the end. This diagram is an illustration of the idea, not proof of any result.

What lead leakage means

Lead leakage is every visitor who was ready to enquire, and did not — because something on the way from arrival to enquiry let them slip away.

That covers all of the following:

  • Visitors who arrive and leave without understanding what you do, for whom, or what to do next.
  • Visitors who are interested but never reach a working, visible next step.
  • Enquiries that are sent but never answered, answered too late, or lost between inbox and owner.
  • Enquiries that arrive but are never followed up, so a not-yet-ready buyer quietly disappears.

One condition keeps this honest: leakage only describes a site that already receives visitors. If almost nobody visits at all, the problem is visibility, not leakage — and the audit says so plainly instead of selling a conversion fix for a traffic problem. That disqualification is part of the diagnosis, not a failure of it.

Diagnose your own site: the six-stage lens

Score each stage as Holding, Leaking, or Don't know. Be honest — a stage you cannot answer is itself a finding. When you finish, the stage you scored worst is the one to name in your audit request. That is the qualifier for this page.

Six-stage diagnostic sequence: Visibility, Capture, Conversion, Follow-Up, Management Visibility, Growth.
Where leads leak is checked in diagnostic order, stage by stage — not guessed from the loudest symptom.

Stage 1 — Visibility

Do the right people find you at all? Ask: are visitors arriving for what you actually sell, or for something else entirely?

Leaking looks like: traffic that never matched your offer, or no steady stream of relevant visitors to diagnose in the first place.

Your score: ☐ Holding   ☐ Leaking   ☐ Don't know

Stage 2 — Capture

When a visitor is interested, can they act in one visible step? Ask: is there a single next step a visitor can see without hunting for it?

Leaking looks like: competing buttons, a buried contact step, or a form that asks for more than the conversation needs.

Your score: ☐ Holding   ☐ Leaking   ☐ Don't know

Stage 3 — Conversion

Does the page persuade a first-time visitor to trust you? Ask: within seconds, on a phone, does it say what you do, for whom, and why you can be trusted?

Leaking looks like: a headline about your business instead of the visitor's problem, vague copy, no real photos, no reviews, and no policies a stranger can check.

Your score: ☐ Holding   ☐ Leaking   ☐ Don't know

Stage 4 — Follow-Up

What happens to the enquiry that does not buy today? Ask: does every enquiry reach someone who will act on it, and is there a next step for the visitor who is not ready yet?

Leaking looks like: enquiries answered late or never, and no follow-up step for buyers who need more time.

Your score: ☐ Holding   ☐ Leaking   ☐ Don't know

Stage 5 — Management Visibility

Can you see, as the owner, where enquiries come from and where they go missing? Ask: could you name your leaking stage from your own numbers, without guessing?

Leaking looks like: deciding on redesigns, ads, or new pages with no record of what the current site actually does.

Your score: ☐ Holding   ☐ Leaking   ☐ Don't know

Stage 6 — Growth

Once a stage is fixed, does the fix hold when traffic grows? Ask: if more of the right visitors arrived tomorrow, would more of them become enquiries — or would the same leak lose them at larger scale?

Leaking looks like: scaling traffic, ads, or content before the funnel underneath has been shown to hold.

Your score: ☐ Holding   ☐ Leaking   ☐ Don't know

Your qualifier, in one line: your website address, plus the stage you scored worst. Send that with your audit request and the diagnosis starts from your answer, not from zero.

How the fix works, in four steps

Step 1 — Audit

We check your site through the same six-stage lens, in order, and record what we find at each stage with the evidence behind it.

Deliverable: Written Leak Diagnosis. The leak, named by stage, with what was checked and what was found. You keep it whether you proceed or not.

What the audit gives you is a written answer about your site — not a sales call and not a new theme.

Step 2 — Prioritised fix list

Fixes are ordered by the diagnosis, not by what is easiest to sell. The first leak found is usually the one worth fixing first.

Deliverable: Prioritised Fix List. Named fixes, in sequence, with what each one involves and what to measure after it.

Step 3 — Implement

Only the fixes the diagnosis calls for are implemented — one leak at a time, so the effect of each fix stays visible instead of disappearing into a rebuild.

Deliverable: Implemented Fixes and Change Log. A written record of exactly what changed, so nothing is a mystery later.

Step 4 — Measure

After the fix, we re-check the same stage the same way and compare enquiries and cost per enquiry — not page views.

Deliverable: Measurement Report. What changed, in enquiries and in cost per enquiry, judged against the diagnosis that started the work.

Before and after: the same page, fixed

A before-and-after pair is the clearest way to judge a conversion fix: the same page, shown before the fix and after it, so the change itself does the persuading. The slot below is the format for that proof. It holds no real screenshot and no result yet.

[FORMAT MODEL — placeholder: named client + one hard metric + live link + before/after, to be supplied by HL Growth]

Before: the same client page as it looked before the fix. This slot is empty until HL Growth supplies a real client screenshot — it claims no result.

After: the same client page as it looked after the fix. This slot is empty until HL Growth supplies a real client screenshot — it claims no result.

Until a real HL Growth asset fills these slots, read them as a format only: same page, same purpose, before and after. No metric, testimonial, or client name is implied by the empty slots.

Questions to ask any developer — including us

Ask these before you pay anyone, HL Growth included. A good answer is specific and checkable; a vague answer is itself an answer.

What a fix costs

From PKR 99,999

Demo placeholder only — not a final price. A real price depends on what the audit finds: which stage leaks, and how much fixing it involves. The audit itself is free, and the written diagnosis comes before any priced fix is discussed.

No price on this page should be read as a quote. If the diagnosis says the fix is small, the priced scope is small; if it says the fix is a build, that is a different discussion, held with the diagnosis in hand.

Frequently asked questions

How does the free website audit work?

Send your website address and the stage you scored worst in the six-stage lens above. HL Growth checks your site through the same six stages — Visibility, Capture, Conversion, Follow-Up, Management Visibility, and Growth — in order, and returns a Written Leak Diagnosis: the leak, named by stage, with the evidence behind it, plus a Prioritised Fix List. You keep both whether you proceed or not.

What counts as a leak?

Any point where a visitor who was ready to enquire did not: a first screen that does not explain what you do, for whom, or what to do next; a next step that is hard to find or asks too much; a page a stranger cannot trust; an enquiry that goes unanswered or unfollowed; or a site whose owner cannot see any of this happening. If it costs an enquiry, it counts.

How long until the first fix?

The audit comes first, and the fix list is sequenced from what it finds — so no fixed timeline is promised on this page. Small, single-stage fixes are scoped first and measured before anything larger is discussed; larger fixes are scoped only after the diagnosis shows they are needed. The order is always diagnose, fix one leak, measure — never the reverse.

What does HL Growth need access to?

To start, only your website address and your self-score. Anything deeper — such as analytics, form settings, or site access — is requested only if the diagnosis needs it, and only with your permission. Nothing is changed on your site during the audit itself.

What happens if the leak is traffic, not conversion?

Then the audit says so, plainly, and no conversion fix is sold for it. If the visitors are the wrong audience, or if there are too few relevant visitors to diagnose a conversion problem at all, that is a visibility problem with a different answer — and selling you a redesign or a fix for a problem your site does not have would waste your money. The honest disqualification is part of what the free audit is for.

Decision diagram: diagnose first, rather than rebuilding or buying more traffic first.
The rule: two things never to do first — rebuild, or buy more traffic. Diagnose first; everything else follows from that.

Do I need a redesign to fix conversions?

Not before diagnosing. A redesign changes the look; a conversion problem lives in a stage — the first screen, the trust layer, the next step, the follow-up, or your visibility into all of it. Fix the leaking stage first and measure it. Only redesign what the diagnosis says needs redesigning.

Should I buy more traffic or run more ads first?

Not until the funnel holds. More visitors poured into a leaking funnel lose the same sale at larger scale and higher cost. Fix the leak first, measure the result, and only then scale the traffic.

Will you guarantee more sales?

No — and be careful with anyone who does. Sales depend on your offer, your prices, and your follow-up as well as your website. What HL Growth commits to is the process: a written diagnosis in order, a prioritised fix list, implementation of only what the diagnosis calls for, and measurement in enquiries and cost per enquiry.

Find the leak first. Everything else follows from that.

The audit costs nothing and gives you a written answer — the leak, in order, and what fixing it would involve. No redesign pitch, no traffic package, no obligation.
